Wedding Coordination Services
By the time you reach me, you’ve already done the planning. My role isn’t to take that over, it’s to step in toward the end and make sure everything you’ve built actually comes together the way it should.
I begin working with you in the final few months leading up to your wedding, refining your timeline, connecting with your vendors, and getting a clear understanding of every detail. From there, I take the lead behind the scenes so your day runs smoothly, without you having to manage it.

What the Day Feels Like With Me
Your timeline is curated down to the minute so you feel prepared for the day
Everything stays on track because someone is quietly watching the clock
Your vendors have a clear point of contact and know exactly what’s happening next
The little details are handled before you even notice them
If something shifts, it’s adjusted in real time without you feeling it
You’re not answering questions, checking your phone, or solving problems

My Craziest Wedding To Date
Picture this: my clients and I had spent months finalizing details for their upcoming wedding. Everything was set, all the details were finalized, and it was shaping up to be such a good day.
The night before, a windstorm came through and knocked over a beehive right beside the barn and unbeknownst to us, the entire space was filled with bees by the morning.
Immediately, I began working with the venue team trying to figure out if we could still make it work. We brought in a local beekeeper to try and safely remove them. But as it got closer to the ceremony, it became pretty clear the barn just wasn’t going to be an option.
So with only a few hours left, I had to come up with a way to pivot.
And then I had to call the bride. Which was… not exactly the easiest call to make!!
“So… the ceremony space is currently full of bees, but we have a plan.”
There was a field nearby, and it ended up being the best backup we could have asked for. The venue team jumped in with tractors and staff, and we moved everything over. Benches, arch, florals, all of it. I was on the phone with vendors getting everyone updated while we adjusted the footprint and timeline in real time.
I walked her through exactly what we were doing and what it would look like instead, and she was just grateful it was handled and that the day could still move forward. Although she was stressed about the pivot, she trusted it would be done in the way she wanted since we had spent months working together, and was confident I understood her vision.
To make sure no detail was missed, I even borrowed a golf cart and personally shuttled any guests who needed help getting to the field didn’t have to walk through the grass.
By the time the ceremony started, everything was in place. It didn’t feel rushed or chaotic. It just felt like it worked.
The photos ended up being even better than we had imagined, and most people there had no idea anything had changed. It was such a uniquely Albertan experience!!
That’s kind of the whole point! Things don’t always go to plan, but if someone’s there to take care of it, you don’t feel it.
You just get to have your day :)
