This is our most popular package and is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional team to bring everything together seamlessly. Classic Wedding Coordination is for couples who want to fully enjoy their wedding day without managing timelines, vendors, or logistics. We step in during the final stretch to ensure every detail is aligned, every vendor is supported, and nothing falls through the cracks. We work closely with your full vendor team in the one to two months leading up to your wedding, creating and distributing a detailed professional timeline, confirming logistics, and ensuring everyone is working from the same plan. On the wedding day, we are onsite for up to twelve hours, acting as the central point of contact so you, your partner, and your families can be fully present. This package also includes an onsite rehearsal walkthrough, limited setup and teardown assistance, and guidance throughout the planning process so you feel confident and supported. This package is ideal for most weddings and works beautifully for a wide range of venues and guest counts. Additional fees may apply based on venue complexity, multiple locations, or expanded needs.
