Bearmora Events specializes in Wedding Day Coordination. You get to plan, book, and create your dream wedding. We then put it all together for you during the final months leading up to your big day - taking all your stress away so the wedding stays FUN!
The coordination process starts around 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. You fill us in on the details you have so far, we help remind you of things you might have forgotten, and then put it into a professional timeline for all vendors to reference. We confirm the details with your vendors, coordinating wedding day events, and more! Learn more about what we offer below.

Wedding Coordination
Small weddings are the best - you get to enjoy your special day with your closest family and friends! Problem is, a lot of the work and stress tends to fall on the shoulders of the bride and groom, when they should be the ones enjoying the wedding the most! Leave the work to me and focus on the things that really matter <3
This option is great for very small budget weddings, micro weddings or elopements. This option is not valid for weddings with over 50 guests or multiple venues.

Wedding Coordination
If you're wondering which service is right for you, it's probably this one! We go above and beyond what limited coordination services your venue offers. Ranging from ballroom to DIY Barn weddings, we can coordinate it all!
Additional charges may be added based on the complexity and logistics of your wedding.

Accommodation Fee (Depending on local hotels)............................$100 to $300
30% of payment is due upon agreement date as a non-refundable deposit.
The remainder is to be paid 14 days prior to the event date.
